Birra, the rustic Italian restaurant and craft beer bar that we said yesterday had taken the paper off its windows, is still being cagey about an official opening date. A rep for Gordon Dinerman, the Barclay Prime and City Tap House vet behind the project, told Grub this morning that the new spot should be open “by the end of October.” Provided that no last minute permit or licensing hiccups don’t get in the way. The opening menu promises everything from salads served on housemade flatbread and a daily changing crudo option to paninis and (of course) brick oven pizzas, which will also be available turned inside out as “Birra bowls.” Keep reading to peep the full menu.

Check Birra’s menu here and here.
