If you’re freaking out about Thanksgiving already, Sunday night’s episode of Iron Chef America should help put you at ease. Hometown hero Jose Garces is teaming up with Marc Forgione to go toque to toque with Bobby Flay and Michael Symon in Battle Thanksgiving. Both are formidable adversaries for sure, but we’ve already seen Garces trounce Flay in Kitchen Stadium, and Symon proved to be no match to Philly’s culinary hoodoo when he lost to Marc Vetri. What’s more important though, is that you DVR the bout and take careful notes as Garces wrangles with what we expect will be a holiday-themed secret ingredient.
