Stillwater Artisanal Ales
Tonight the Khyber turns over its taps to Stillwater Artisanal Ales, one of the craft beer world’s most elusive and sought after brewers. Dubbed the “Gypsy Brewer” for his always on the go brewing style, which most often is practiced in other beer makers’ breweries, Brian Strumke fashions his highly regarded Belgian-style ales in extremely limited batches. For tonight’s tap takeover, he’s rolling in ten barrels of his rare brews, including Cellar Door, Autumnal, Stateside Saison, Barrel Aged Autumnal, and a cask of Folklore. Unfortunately his Old Bay Sasion is not in the lineup.
