A while back Grub mentioned something about Marc Vetri dropping a book this fall. Said book,Rustic Italian Food, went on sale today. In it is 120 pages of Vetri kitchen secrets on everything from pasta and bread to sauces and dry-cured salumi. The new book is available at Vetri’s restaurants, as well as anywhere else where you can find cookbooks.
