Mike Stollenwerk
As Grub has mentioned before, Mike Stollenwerk is sending his flagship Fish downstream to 13th and Locust, where it will swim in a much larger pond. At least three times the size of its current location at 17th and Lombard. Right now Foobooz is reporting that, Stollenwerk and his crew will pull up anchor after tomorrow night’s service. The newly christened Fish is expected to open sometime the following week. And following that, the 17th and Lombard space will be transformed into the more landlubber-focused neighborhood bistro, Brick American Eatery.
