Where to Ring In the New Year

Yesterday brought word that Fish would host a sneak-preview party on New Year’s Eve to show off it’s cool new digs at 13th and Locust. Today comes word that Franklin Mortgage & Investment Co.’s festivities to ring in the new year are all booked up. Don’t freak out just yet. There are still plenty of other ways to be festive and merry. The Pub & Kitchen peeps are keeping things low-key. Starting at 6:30 p.m., they will offer the addition of complimentary shaved black perigord truffles on every Churchill burger ordered. And at midnight, all revelers will be treated to a complimentary belt of whiskey to toast the new year.
