Eater says chef (and Grub Street Diet alum) Didier Elena is out at Adour Alain Ducasse in the St. Regis hotel. The chef says he’s staying in New York, and is currently “focused on finding the best fit.” He’s also happy he gets to spend some time with his family. Reps for Ducasse’s camp aren’t naming Elena’s replacement just yet, but Ducasse might want to call up Joël Robuchon, who himself recently replaced the executive chef at the New York outpost of his enormous global restaurant empire.
