Though it’s been operating in “soft” mode for a number of weeks, Old City newcomer Reserve pops the proverbial cork Saturday night and makes it official with a Grand Opening. The evening also serves as a benefit for hunger relief organization Philabundance. Along with the steakhouse’s selection of steaks, chops and seafood, they’ll have a multi-course prix fixe option available for the festivities. Also worth noting is, Reserve kicks off brunch service on Sunday starting at 10 a.m.
