Talented pastry chef Lisa Lu has taken a new job, ladies and gentlemen, and given her notice at Jardinière. As Tablehopper reports, she’ll be moving over to Flour + Water spinoff Central Kitchen, which is scheduled to open within a few weeks. She does not yet have a replacement at Jardinière. In related news, there’s another preview pop-up tonight of Salumeria, the delicatessen that will be attached to Central Kitchen and opening shortly after, happening at Shotwell’s Bar (3349 20th Street) from 6 to 9 p.m. (There will be ricotta-stuffed cherries.)
