Things on the Le Bec-Fin front have been a little quiet lately, but that hardly means that French Laundry alum (and former LBF manager) Nicolas Fanucci is getting cold feet about rebooting what was at one time considered Philly’s premier restaurant. Though originally pegged for a mid-may debut, word now is Le Bec 2.0 will make its debut in June. The Insider reports that work is underway to renovate the hallowed halls of Georges Perrier’s former flagship, and once complete, new chef Walter Abrams, also formerly of French Laundry, will cook up a new menu.
