Bierstube Tsingtao Now Does Lunch

Last we checked in on Old City’s Bierstube Tsingtao, owner Mike Naessens had completed and just opened its subterranean Chino-Germanic beer hall, Underbar. This week, the the B-to-the-T rolled out lunch service for the fist time. There is one slight hitch to it, though. The bar and restaurant is only offering it Thursdays through Sundays. But with such delicacies as the bleu cheese-stuffed and Asian-spiced Dragon Burger, assorted schnitzels, a wealth of wursts, and pierogies on offer, we’re guessing that it’s probably worth checking out as the work week winds down. Or better yet, on the weekends when you can freely indulge in some of the 150-plus brews on its vast beer list without zonking out when you get back to your desk later.
