Philly’s loss will surely be Swedesboro, NJ’s gain in late July when Terence Feury packs his knives and leaves Fork. He’s moving on to become chef-partner at Tavro 13, which the Insider reports will fill the completely renovated space that was once the Old Swedes Inn, after wrapping his three-and-a-half year stint at the helm of the Old City mainstay. Meanwhile, Fork’s owner Ellen Yin is putting out the call for a new executive chef. In the interim, sous chef Luke Eschbach, who was formerly the chef de cuisine at Zahav, will fill in. Here’s hoping that this doesn’t interfere with David Katz’s plans to cohost at pig roast with Feury at Morgan’s Pier later this summer. [Insider]
