Following months upon months of yanking our collective chains, and then another six or so weeks in soft launch mode, Hop Sing Laundromat tonight will throw open the gated door, and begin regular service. The Chinatown cocktail lair led by man of mystery Lêe will now be open Tuesdays through Saturdays from 5 p.m. to 2 a.m., and Sundays from 6 p.m. to 2 a.m. In addition to adding hours of operation, the Laundromat will also hike its prices from $10 to $12 in the fall, but is also extending courtesy to industry workers with $8 cocktails on Sundays for anyone who can furnish a recent paycheck stub from a restaurant.
