Back in June we mentioned that Tapestry’s new barkeep Chauncey Scates was going to be dropping some tiki drinks on us this summer. She’s since sent word that tonight at 9 p.m. the Queen Village bar will debut its new monthly Tiki Tuesday. Going forward the evening of exotica and Polynesian-inspired libations will recur on the second Tuesday of each month. For tonight’s kickoff, Mike “Juice” Treffehn from Franklin Mortgage & Investment Co. will be the special guest behind the bar. Eight tiki bar classics will be on offer, and prizes will be awarded for the best tiki attire. Keep reading to see the full lineup of tiki drinks.
