This afternoon brings us some good news and some bad. The good news: Monica Glass, the tremendously talented pastry chef who gratified and enchanted our collective sweet tooth with thrilling pastries and desserts first at 10 Arts, and later Fish, is leaving Philly. She’s scored a pretty sweet executive pastry chef gig in Boston, working with Ken Oringer at his restaurants Clio and Uni, the Insider reports. Congratulations are certainly in order. The bad news?
