Rachel Klein, the brains and brawn behind the all-vegan South Philly upstart Miss Rachel’s Pantry, is hosting a peachy, four-course prix fixe dinner on Friday at her shop’s communal farmhouse table, and a handful of seats to it just opened up. The $45 meatless feast will spotlight fresh, locally procured peaches. Menu highlights include sweet petite peach grilled ‘cheese’ with caramelized onions; chipotle-peach seitan crunchy tacos; and a peach-heavy picnic salad with avocados, local tomatoes and citrus dressing.
