This should surely generate some excitement: Will BYOB, the modern French-inspired restaurant from former Pumpkin chef (who also did stints at Alinea, French Laundry, and wd-50) Christopher Kearse that’s opening on East Passyunk Ave. on Friday, August 24, is going to start accepting reservations this Friday, August 10. After it’s opened the BYOB will serve dinner Tuesdays through Sundays; brunch and a $40 four-course prix fixe dinner on Sundays.
