He may have gotten one over on Georges Perrier, Shola Olunloyo and any number of other chefs and restaurateurs slammed on his blog Staphmeal, but it’s looking like Joshua Scott Albert isn’t going to get out of taunting District Attorney Seth Williams with venomous rants so easily. The D.A.’s office today charged Albert with three counts of criminal solicitation to commit murder in response to a page he set up on Facebook titled, “Kill Seth Williams,” the Daily News reports. In addition to that, he’s also facing charges for making terroristic threats and harassment stemming from that page and others similar to it that targeted John McNesby, president of the local Fraternal Order of Police, and another that supported the two alleged cop-killers who gunned down Officer Moses Walker Jr. in August. Apparently he’s on the Fed’s radar for threats to Mitt Romney, too. [Daily News]
