During July’s South Philly edition of Night Market, Supper owners Mitch and Jennifer Prensky debuted their side project, Scratch Biscuits, a mobile operation serving Southern-inspired sandwiches on biscuits made from scratch. Next Monday, they’re doing a Scratch Biscuits pop-up at their South Street restaurant. For that one night they will have four different biscuits, and a couple side dishes to go with them. The evening also doubles as Supper’s return to regular service, after being closed on Mondays throughout the summer. Check out the full Scratch Biscuits pop-up menu below.
