Drink beer to advance New York.
Starting today at 4 p.m., all proceeds and tips from the Three Monkeys in midtown will go to benefit a group of Sandy-relief charities, including the Mayor’s Fund to Advance New York City. There will also be raffles for gift certificates, NHL memorabilia, and Evita and Annie tickets. There may also be a celebrity appearance or two, we’re told, and a lot of beer.
