Bufad Pizza Prepares For Take-Off

Bufad Pizza, the highly anticipated Neapolitan pizzeria that Prohibition Taproom and Cafe Lift owners Mike and Jeniphur Pasquarello have been promising to bring to 13th and Spring Garden streets for, like, forever, could possibly do a soft opening tonight. It all hinges on whether or not they get the go-ahead from their final health inspection, according to Foobooz. The 30-seater will rock just six wood-fired pies, a couple salads, and some small plates. Once everythings up and running at full speed, they will also serve slices, cut with scissors from large rectangular pies. Keep your fingers crossed that they pass the inspection. [Foobooz]
