Fitler Dining Room Serves Some ‘Real Stunners’; Vegging Vouches For Vegan Tree’s Cheesesteak

Amber baubles of smoked trout roe topping the Beau Soleil oysters at casual-yet-polished Fitler Dining Room proved quite the mouthful for Adam Erace. Walnut-oiled tartare of Lancaster beef with perky chanterelle conserva; seared fluke topped with confit of Meyer lemon; and pork served three ways cherry-smoked and roasted tenderloin, crisped braised belly, and coarse sausage spiced with quatre epices and poached in duck fat were some real stunners.
