Rosewood, the latest entrant into the city’s growing crafty cocktail set, made its big debut over the weekend. It was spun out of longstanding gayborhood hotspot, Woody’s. Owners, the Weiss brothers, created the dimly lit, dark wood and button-tufted leather appointed space out of a former storefront on Walnut Street. It’s accessible through Woody’s, or it’s own entrance, and open for business Tuesdays through Sundays from 4 p.m. to 2 a.m. Happy hours go from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday through Fridays. It’s closed on Mondays, so your best drinking bet tonight is “Washy Washy Hour” action over at Hop Sing.
