Sixpoint Brewery and Han Dynasty Team Up For Beer Pairing Dinner

Tonight Han “the Man” Chiang and Sixpoint Brewery rep (and dude about town) Jersey Dan Bisogno are teaming up for a dinner at Han Dynasty's University City outpost that pairs the restaurant’s scorching Szechuan with some of the Brooklyn-based beer maker’s specialty brews. Five courses will be paired with five different varieties of Sixpoint suds, including rare releases like a citra hops, rosemary and coriander dry-hopped ESB, and the Mast Brothers Chocolate and Stumptown Coffee collaboration, 3Beans Imperial Baltic Porter. Menu highlights include a sweet, dry pepper soft shell crab, Szechuan sweet and sour fish sticks, and scallop and beef tenderloin surf and turf.
