Pure Tacos, a gluten-free Mexican restaurant, officially opens this weekend on Ocean City’s boardwalk. Owner Ted Schroeder, who has celiac disease, has created a menu of affordably priced tacos and nachos that he makes with fresh and mostly housemade ingredients to appeal to a wide range of customers, including those on gluten-restricted diets. The menu features a selection of breakfast options that are available every day until 11 a.m. A full range of vegetarian and carnivore friendly dishes are also available throughout the day and evening. Hours will be 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., seven days a week until Labor Day.
